1. Our Products
Rooibos Ritual offers handcrafted skincare, body care, bath products, candles and other lifestyle products.
Our products are prepared in small batches with carefully selected ingredients.
As our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, fragrance, texture and appearance may occur.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs and ingredient information.
2. Product Use and Safety
Our skincare and body care products are intended for external use only unless otherwise stated.
Customers are encouraged to review ingredient information and perform a patch test before using a new skincare product.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Our magnesium and wellness products are intended for cosmetic and general wellness use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions.
Customers with specific medical concerns should consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
Candles must be used in accordance with the safety instructions provided and must never be left burning unattended.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payments are processed through the secure payment methods available at checkout.
Orders will be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. Where an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer to agree on an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
4. Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, certain items may occasionally be unavailable.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact the customer to arrange a suitable replacement, revised delivery arrangement or refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Rooibos Ritual delivers to customers throughout South Africa using third-party courier services.
Delivery charges are displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, courier service and product availability.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders promptly and communicate material delays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

6. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our published Return and Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
Customers should contact us promptly if products arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Although we take care when selecting ingredients and preparing products, individual skin reactions and sensitivities may vary.
