Rooibos Ritual – Returns & Refund Policy
At Rooibos Ritual, every product is prepared with care, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of skincare, body care, lip care or other personal care products once opened, used or unsealed.
For unopened and unused products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Products must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
Return Shipping
For approved change-of-mind returns, return courier costs are generally the customer’s responsibility.
Where a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Rooibos Ritual will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
Handmade Products
Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Minor variations in colour, texture and appearance may occur and are part of their handmade character.
These natural variations do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
Where applicable, customers may exercise their statutory rights to return defective or unsafe goods within six months of delivery, and eligible online purchases may qualify for a seven-day cooling-off period.
